Work In Progress - Hitting that sweet spot

As I work on the new Work in Progress, I have the headphones on and crank up the tunes with the lights off... and the moment hits.

You hit that sweet spot where one sentence from out of nowhere turns into a paragraph, into action, into dialogue, and eleven hundred words you wonder where in the hell did that come from. But you're happy it's there and you look forward to coming back. It's an addicting feeling. While it has none of the glory, it feels better than seeing a five-star review on Amazon.

And is it any good? Who gives a shit. We'll worry about that in some other draft.
